SituationA contractor-heavy delivery operation ran on manual coordination, with high headcount, slow scaling, and margin under constant pressure.
InsightEvery contractor added coordination overhead faster than delivery capacity, so headcount was scaling the wrong side of the ratio.
BuiltAn agentic project-management platform that took over triage, coordination, and routing across the contractor pool.

Business Intelligence, built from zero

SituationInherited a direct MySQL-to-BigQuery clone, scrappy Looker Studio dashboards, no Salesforce integration, and most of the real reporting sitting in spreadsheets.
InsightWithout one agreed definition per metric, every team was marking its own homework, and leadership couldn't trust the numbers enough to act on them.
BuiltA proper data stack: Fivetran pipelines from Salesforce, Jira and other systems, dbt for transformation, Sigma Computing as the BI layer, plus a data dictionary and naming conventions so every metric has one definition, not four.
OutcomeBecame the single source of truth behind weekly leadership reviews, MBRs, and OKRs company-wide, and the foundation the margin work was built on.

Supply chain compliance, automated

SituationCompliance checks across the supplier network were manual and repetitive, consuming several people's time every week without adding any real judgment.
InsightThe cost wasn't the checking itself, it was the coordination and repetition around it, which meant it could be tooled rather than staffed.
BuiltA compliance automation and process redesign that took the manual checking out of the workflow entirely.
